Enter via a dedicated set of steps to the front door of 11 Barnaloft, part of an iconic apartment building that sits on the edge of Porthmeor beach.

Internally the master bedroom has full views of Porthmeor beach, a king size bed and a designer clothes rack. The ensuite shower room is the latest addition to this fabulous apartment. The second bedroom has twin beds and ample storage with views over the rear courtyard.

The living area is a highlight, the large windows give a full picture view of the Atlantic, sit back and watch the sea, wildlife and beachgoers go about their days. And did we mention the infamous Porthmeor sunsets? They are not to be missed regardless of the time of year. There are two comfortable sofas in here, dining table, 43″ Smart TV and DVD player, hifi system and access to your private balcony with the same stunning views.

A well equipped kitchen has all you need to rustle up essential meals when the eating out (and take outs) of St Ives don’t take your fancy. An oven, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave are all here.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, heated towel rail and wash basin.

One of the reasons Barnaloft properties are ever popular is the easy access to Porthmeor beach, in summer you can just head outside to the courtyard and there is an entrance door for residents that goes directly onto the beach. Going back and forth to the beach has never been so simple. In winter due to sand build up and storm protection you may need to access via the slipway a 2-3 minute walk away.

The heart of the town is a 2 minute stroll away and Tate St Ives is located a little further up Porthmeor beach.

11 Barnaloft has the benefit of an onsite garage, taking the strain out of parking, particularly in the busier periods. Dimensions: 187cm high, 240cm wide, 460cm deep.
