A set of open-tread stairs leads up to the spacious mezzanine-style bedroom, which overlooks the living area and has been cleverly designed to accommodate families. The king-size bed can be sectioned off from the two single beds via folding doors, allowing for privacy or a more open-plan feel depending on your needs. The entire apartment is warmed by underfloor heating, creating a cosy atmosphere even on cooler evenings.

Step out through the living room doors onto the private balcony, where you can soak in the salty air, listen to the waves, and enjoy leisurely breakfasts or sunset drinks with an uninterrupted view of the Atlantic. In the summer months, guests can also make use of private access to the beach below – a rare and special feature of the Barnaloft apartments.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Re-decoration works are scheduled to take place at the Barnaloft properties on the beach-facing side of the building from 24th February this year. This will involve scaffolding being erected up to roof level, along with planned works to the sea-facing guttering. Guests will still have access to the balconies throughout; however, the presence of scaffolding will affect the outlook.

The works are currently planned to begin on 24th February and are expected to take approximately four weeks, though timings are weather dependent. The latest completion date within the contractor’s agreement is 27th March, though we hope the extended period will not be required.

Rates at Barnaloft during this period have been set with these works in mind, taking into account any potential disturbance. Where possible, we will provide updates to the listing as the project progresses.
