Situated down a classic Cornish country lane with no through traffic, Trowan is only a few hundred yards from the South West Coast Path.

Upon entering Rosewall Cottage, you are greeted by an open plan living, kitchen, dining area. The inviting living area features a sofa, a log burner, and a TV.

The upstairs has two double bedrooms with garden, country and sea views. There are spectacular sunsets to be caught in summer here!

Outside you have a good sized enclosed garden with a patio and lawn. There is a BBQ and outdoor furniture.
