In the heart of Old St Ives is this comfortable hideaway for two. It’s smart entrance sits off Fish Street, a road that runs to the harbour front, just a 1 minute walkaway.

Enter through the porch and you’ll be greeted by a carefully thought out living area. The large sofa is perfect for reading a book, or just sit back and enjoy the array of artworks on the wall.

The dining area sits in the same room and seats four comfortably. Adjacent is the kitchen, with a large Range oven, lots of equipment including a washing machine and dryer and all the essential utensils to cook up a storm.

The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a high quality king size bed, artworks and storage. It benefits from a contemporary ensuite shower rooms with dark grey tiles, heated towel rails and a good shower.

The joy of Saltwater is there is something for everyone within easy reach. The Tate is a 5 minute walk away, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden and the Harbour beach are all closer again. The Sloop Inn, St Ives oldest pub, is a mere 30 second walk away and all of the town’s restaurants are in walking distance. You could easily leave your car for the duration of your stay and not think twice about a drive!

Saltwater benefits from a private undercover allocated car parking space on Bedford Road, a 10 minute walk away. The space is very useful when the car parks are incredibly busy and as it’s location is prior to the main one way system it can make day trips out of the town that much easier.
