Located on Godrevy Terrace, Four Seawinds is a modern and spacious apartment with two balconies, a parking space and an open plan living area designed to capture the best of the sea views. You can walk to Porthmeor beach in just a few minutes or head down to the harbour and main streets in an similarly short distance.   • **Important Information**

    There are currently two development projects underway within Godrevy Gardens, on the land opposite the entrance to the building. As a result, views from properties on Godrevy Terrace may be partially restricted, particularly some of the town rooftops and harbour. At times, building activity may also be visible and audible.

    The works are taking place to the front of the building and are therefore visible from the living and kitchen areas. Please be assured that the rates for Four Seawinds have been set with these works in mind, reflecting any potential disturbance.
